The United Insurance Company send the information to NEPSE about issue the right share issue.The current capital of of insurance is Rs. 30.24 crore which will be reach 1.02 arba after issuing the right share. So company had purposed to issue 240 % right share and board meeting held on 2 Baisakha 2075.
The decision will be finalized after getting approval from insurance board and the AGM of the insurance company
