NIC Asia Bank has started issuing "11 % NIC Asia debenture 2082/83" having a maturity period of 7 years from
September 6-10. Out of the total 1,830,000 units of debenture, the bank is
issuing 366,000 units of debenture worth Rs 366 million to the general public.The
issue also allocated 5 percent i.e. 18,300 units of debenture to mutual funds.
Moreover, the interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and
maximum of 183,000 units of debentures at Rs 1000 per unit.
The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as a issue manager.
The interested investors can apply for the debenture from all ASBA approved
BFIs and from the online meroshare.
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned "CARE-NP A' grade to the issuance
indicating low credit risk. Instruments with 'CARE-NP A' rating are considered
to have adequate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial
obligations, in Nepal.
