Tomorrow is the last day to apply for the unsold promoter and ordinary shares of Prabhu Insurance.Prabhu Insurance is selling its promoter and ordinary share via auction from Bhadra 17, 2075. The insurance company is selling 15,861.76 units promoters shares and 1,21,154.87 unit ordinary shares till Bhadra 24, 2075.The minimum bid price has been set as Rs 100, i.e. the bidders need to place their bids above Rs 100 and interested bidders can apply minimum 100 units and there is no maximum limit. So the interested bidder can apply for the entire auction. However the units should be in multiple of 10.Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction of the right shares.The bank has urged the bidders to deposit their bid amount in A/C no 13511600631816000007 of Prabhu Bank Limited in the name of Prabhu Capital Limited.After the adjustment of the 46% right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.005 arba.
