Civil Laghubitta Sastha (CLBSL) has declared a
dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profits of the last
financial year.
Microfinance has announced to distribute 20% dividend, 19 percent bonus share of the existing paid-up capital, and 1 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. A meeting of the board of directors of microfinance held on Aswin 13 decided to distribute 20% dividends.
The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting.
