The companies are announcing a dividend of the last financial year 2077/78, and some organizations already announced the dividend and waiting for final confirmation from Nepal Rastra Bank and going to call the AGM to endorse the proposed dividend. Few organizations already called the AGM and endorsed the proposed dividend. If we checked the dividend of the Commercial banking sector and the microfinance, As of 09 Oct 2021, a total of 15 microfinance proposed the dividend, and out of 15 one company already finished the AGM. Similarly, a total of 6 banks have been proposed the dividend and out of 6 one bank already finished the AGM.
