Laxmi Laghubitta proposed the 27% dividend from the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board held on 15 Ahoj decided to distribute the total 27.36% dividend on the paid up capital Rs. 32.45 cores, i.e 20% bonus share and 7.368421 % cash dividend (tax purposes).
The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and from the general assembly.
