Mero Microfinance Laghubitta (MERO) proposed the 21.0526% dividend for the last fiscal year 2077/78. The board of director meeting was held on 18th Ashoj and decided to propose the 21.0526 i.e., 20% bonus share and 1.0526% cash dividend (tax purposes). The dividend will be distributed after approval of the central bank and endorsement by the upcoming AGM. The last trading price was 1321.50.
