Nyadi Hydropower Limited has opened the IPO issue of 2,250,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 22.5 crores from today, i.e. Ashwin-15, 2078. The early closing date of this IPO issue is on Ashwin-19, 2078. Since the issue has already been oversubscribed on the first day itself, it will close at the early closing date.
The company issued 2250,000 units of share, from the total of issued share 5% i.e 112500 units for mutual funds and 2% of the total i.e 45,000 units for the employees of the company and remaining 2092500 units for the general public. Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 50,000 units.
Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. As per the issue manager, 390,375 applicants have applied for a total of 5,071,640 units. Therefore the issue is oversubscribed 2.42 times on the first day.
