Sabaiko Laghubitta (SABSL) proposed the 32.68% dividend for the last fiscal year 2077/78. The board of director meeting was held on 19th Ashoj and decided to propose the 32.686 i.e., 31.05% bonus share and 1.63% cash dividend (tax purposes). The dividend will be distributed after approval of the central bank and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
