Sanima Bank has proposed to pay 17.89% dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2077-78. A meeting of the bank's board of directors on Wednesday evening proposed a dividend. A meeting of the bank's board of directors on Wednesday proposed a 17% bonus share and a 0.89% cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend will be received by the shareholders after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next annual general meeting of the bank.
