The Citizen Bank has proposed 16% dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2077-78. A meeting of the board of directors on Friday proposed a 12.91% bonus share and a 3.08% cash dividend (including tax purposes). The shareholders will get the dividend after the annual general meeting and approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank.
