Suryodaya Laghubitta
Bittiya Sanstha has announced 45% dividend for shareholders from the net profit
of Fiscal Year 2074/75.
Last year, Suryodaya provided 19% bonus and 1% cash
dividend, As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company
will be distributing 42.75% bonus shares worth Rs 3.23 crore and 2.25% cash
dividend for tax purpose worth Rs 17.01 lakh. After the adjustment of 42.75%
bonus shares, the paid up capital of the microfinance will reach Rs 10.79
crore.
The decision of the microfinance company is subject to
approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
