Rairang Hydro power Development Company going to issue IPO 15% of total capital. The company going to issue 8,40,000 unit share to public at par value Rs.100. Out of 840000 company allocate 4% to employees, and 5 % to mutual funds and reaming 91 % to public.
The investor can apply minimium 50 unit to maximium 4200 unit. The IPO open from 31 Baisakh 2075 to 3 Jestha 2075. The issue manager assigned NIBL Ace Capital. This Hydro Power located in Dhading district and operates 500 KW.The total authorized capital of company is 1 Arba, and paid up capital is 42 crore. After IPO for public and local capital will be 56 crore.
