A total of 15,81,253 lots are listed in Nepse

The bonus shares of Prime Life Insurance Company Limited are listed on Nepse. Prime Life Insurance Company has given 7% bonus (15,81,253 kitta share) from the profit of FY 75/76. The company passed the bonus from a profit of FY 75/76.

The company had decided to pay a total dividend of 15% in FY 75/76. i.e. 7% bonus and 8% cash was decided. And now the bonus equal to 7% are listed in Nepse. Investors  able to trade the share when it will be send  in a demat account.
