How to view the result of IPO as per the new decision of CDSC and Nepal Securities Board?

 

Investors will no longer be able to view the results of the IPO from the online media, investors will now be able to view the results of any company's ordinary shares (IPO) only from the website of Mero Share, Issue Manager and the IPO issuing company website.

Under the direction of Nepal Securities Board, CDSC has instructed not to distribute IPO results to private online media

 Earlier, even the private media used to publish the results of the IPO. Now the IPO results can be viewed only from the website of the company issuing the IPO, Mero Share app of CDS and the website of the issue manager. Spokesperson Neupane also said that this arrangement will be implemented from the IPO of Mahila Laghubitta which is going to be distributed on Friday.
