Diprox Laghubitta will pay a total dividend of 21.053%. The Board of
Directors meeting held on Thursday morning has decided to pay 20% bonus share
from last year's profit and 1.053% cash to pay tax and pay a total dividend of
21.053%. The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval by the
regulator Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting. Diprox
currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.15 billion. The company has offered a
bonus of 20% of the same capital.
