NIFRA has proposed 8.5% cash dividend

Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has declared a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the accumulated profits till the end of the last fiscal year.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has proposed an 8.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78 of the existing paid-up capital. The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and passed by the next annual general meeting.

A meeting of the bank's board of directors held on Ashwin 04 Monday decided to distribute the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 20 Arba.

The bank’s EPS stood at Rs. 4.18 and net worth per share stood at Rs. 112. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 117.64 times.
