Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut issued 90,00,000 units worth Rs. 90 cores as IPO to the public from today (From Ashwin 20 to 25 Ashwin, 2078). The IPO will be close early on Ashwin 25 but if it's not fully subscribed till 25 Ashwin, then the date will be extended up to Kartik 3,2078. The 4% of total IPO i.e 360,000 units for the employees and 5% of the total offered shares to the mutual funds i.e 450,000 and remaining 8190000 units for the general public.
Global IME capital limited is the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The applicant can apply for a minimum of 10 units to a maximum of 10,000 units.
