Asha Laghubitta proposed the 26.31% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The board of director meeting was held on 17th Ashoj and decided to propose the 26.31% dividend i.e. 25% bonus share and 1.31% cash dividend (tax purposes). The dividend will be distributed after approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
