Himalayan Bank (HBL) announced the 26% dividend for the last fiscal year 2077/78. The board of director meeting was held on 20th Ashoj and decided to propose the 26% dividend on the paid-up capital, i.e. 21.38% bonus share and 4.62% cash dividend proposed. The dividend will be distributed after approval of the Nepal Rastra bank and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
