Swabhimaan Laghubitta (SMFBS) has proposed a 34% dividend from the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board director decided to provide the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 92,050,000.00. The meeting proposed to distribute 32.3% bonus share and 1.7% cash dividend (tax purposes). The dividend will be distributed after approval by the central bank and endorsed by the upcoming AGM.
